National Harmony Day Launch

Federation Square , Melbourne

March 12th 2004

The Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs contracted PAN to event manage Australia 's first nationwide simultaneous citizenship ceremony. Forty-three people in eight states and territory capitals were conferred. Entertainment included acts that reflected the nationality of conferees, choreographed cross cultural performances between various diverse entertainment groups, choir and indigenous performers.

MOOMBA Waterfest

March 6th-8th 2004

Pan Event Entertainment continued their longstanding involvement with the Moomba festival. Within the festival itself, Pan worked successfully to present River Rhythms by Day stage. Pan's responsibilities included sourcing of artists and programming of interactive workshops as well as fused performances. Dancers, musicians and choirs from many cultures were all part of the entertainment offered! During the days, PAN also provided MC services and general stage management support. In addition, PAN also provided programming and consulting for various parts of the MOOMBA parade.

 

Australia Day Celebrations

Australia Day Celebrations - Federation Square

January 26th 2004

Approximately 25,000 people flocked to Federation Square to celebrate Australia Day. Together with a captivated audience, Pan provided a unique blending of cultures and artists forming a rising crescendo culminating with rooftop fireworks to distinctively mark 2004's Australia Day Celebrations.
